The Scarborough Health Network (formerly The Scarborough and Rouge Hospital) in partnership with the Alzheimer Society of Toronto and the Ontario Caregiver Organization is organizing our annual Caregiver Education Forum on Friday, November 17, 2023 from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.

This is an in person event hosted at the Scarborough and Rouge Hospital – Birchmount Campus. 3030 Birchmount Road, Scarborough, ON M1W 3W3. Parking rates apply.

Please join us for an engaging and informative day filled with talks by experts in the field of dementia, and information booths by community partners. Our goal is to provide education and help caregivers of individual living with dementia access to resources and supports in the community.

The theme of this year’s event is “Planning ahead in Dementia Care”. For this year’s event, we will have speakers presenting on topics that relate to planning ahead when caring for someone living with dementia so that caregivers can have resources to help them navigate the journey ahead.

Registration is required, as space is limited. Light lunch is provided to registered participants.
