Deepens reflection and connection with self and others through storytelling, poetry, photography, music, visual art, and theatre

Effective Communication Skills
Teaches caregivers effective communication skills and strategies to engage with persons living with dementia and their changing abilities and strengths

Process Challenges & Emotions

An opportunity to process the challenges and emotions that are part of caring for a person with dementia with others who have similar experiences
