About this event

April 12, 2022, 12:00 – 12:30 PM

Today’s Leaders for Tomorrow’s Future podcast episode called “A Life of Caregiving is a Life in Leadership” Donna Thomson shares her experience with caregiving and how her journey has shaped her views on leadership. She speaks to the power of imagination, bravery and asking for what you need when leading a life as a caregiver. She references the need to have both power and love for self, for change and for the emergence of leadership.

Today’s Leaders Circle is a safe space where people can come together to discuss a particular topic and continue the conversations that began from the podcast. The topic or its themes will be briefly introduced and attendees are invited to share their views and discuss the topic in more depth.

Circle processes are based upon equality between participants and the principle of sharing power with each other instead of having power over one another. Given the time constraints, the session will be facilitated to ensure its circle process is being followed. Please come ready to join respectfully and meaningfully. The sessions will not be recorded. By attending you are consenting to maintaining confidentially with what is shared within the circle.
