MEALS ON WHEELS
We are still providing our usual offering of meals; daily hot meal delivery, and weekly frozen meals, fruit and vegetable boxes and milk orders.

GROCERY DELIVERY
We have a partnership with Longo’s Grocery Gateway (grocery delivery service) and are able to provide a discounted delivery rate to our clients.

PRESCRIPTION PICK UP
To assist you in ensuring you have access to your prescriptions we are able to pick these up at the pharmacy and deliver them to you.

MEDICATION ASSISTANCE & REMINDERS
Need a reminder call? Or some in-home support from one of our Personal Support Workers to assist you with your medications? We can help you by reminding you when to take your medications, assist with opening bottles, and assuring that you are taking the correct medication and correct dose.
RIDES TO NECESSARY MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS
If you still have necessary medical appointments that cannot be completed virtually or in your home, we are still available to take you to your appointment and return you home as well as if you would like to go to the grocery store or pharmacy. We have limited our services to one Client in the car at a time and our drivers are disinfecting the vehicle after each ride.
PERSONAL CARE VISITS
Our Personal Support Workers (PSWs) are still providing you with essential personal care support in your home our home support services have been temporarily placed on hold
CASE MANAGEMENT/SOCIAL WORK
Our Social Work team is still available to support you with your needs. In-home visits have been placed on hold but are available to provide support over the telephone or on a virtual call.

WELLNESS CHECKS
For services and programs that have been placed on hold or temporarily reduced, our coordinators will be reaching out to you for complimentary wellness checks to ensure that you are doing well and to see if there is anything we can support you with during this time.
