Norma Beauchamp is an accomplished corporate director, strategic consultant and volunteer. She is a certified corporate board director with 30 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cannabis and healthcare real estate. An experienced nominating and corporate governance committee chair, Norma provides expertise in corporate strategy, financial and risk management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, transformation/change management and CEO/board succession planning. Skills and expertise include corporate strategy, public company business leadership, non-profit health leadership, business development, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, CEO and board succession planning.

Norma and her family care for her nephew who is living with cystic fibrosis. Norma is passionate about giving voice to Ontario caregivers and putting the highly-needed systems in place to support caregivers who selflessly care for family and friends living with health-related challenges.
