Dois-je dormir 8&nbsp;heures par nuit?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R.<\/strong> De nombreuses personnes s\u2019en sortent tr\u00e8s bien avec 6&nbsp;\u00bd ou 7&nbsp;heures de sommeil par nuit. Est-il normal de se r\u00e9veiller la nuit?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R. <\/strong>Oui,<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>il est relativement commun de se r\u00e9veiller la nuit. La fr\u00e9quence du r\u00e9veil nocturne a tendance \u00e0 augmenter avec l\u2019\u00e2ge. Il fait partie de notre \u00e9volution biologique et ne signifie pas qu\u2019on soit atteint d\u2019un trouble du sommeil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q. Comment savoir si je souffre d\u2019insomnie?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R. <\/strong>Si vous prenez beaucoup de temps pour vous endormir, si vous vous r\u00e9veillez la nuit et avez de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 vous rendormir ou si vous vous r\u00e9veillez trop t\u00f4t sans pouvoir vous rendormir, alors vous souffrez d\u2019insomnie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q. Dois-je m\u2019inqui\u00e9ter de souffrir d\u2019insomnie?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R.<\/strong> Nous sommes la majorit\u00e9 \u00e0 avoir quelques mauvaises nuits de sommeil&nbsp;de temps \u00e0 autre. Cependant, un manque de sommeil prolong\u00e9 peut influencer le bien-\u00eatre physique et mental. De plus, en tant qu\u2019aidante naturelle ou aidant naturel, votre manque de sommeil de qualit\u00e9 pourrait avec une incidence n\u00e9gative sur votre b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire de soins. Les \u00e9tudes d\u00e9montrent que lorsque les aidantes naturelles et aidants naturels prennent mieux soin d\u2019eux, leurs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de soins en profitent \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q. Peut-on traiter l\u2019insomnie?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R.<\/strong> Oui. Il existe plusieurs techniques et th\u00e9rapies que vous pouvez essayer. On recommande la th\u00e9rapie cognitivo-comportementale de l\u2019insomnie (TCC-I) en tant que traitement de premi\u00e8re intention contre l\u2019insomnie. Elle a pour objectif de se d\u00e9faire des habitudes qui nuisent au sommeil et de les remplacer par de nouvelles approches qui favorisent un sommeil naturel.
