Depuis le d\u00e9but de la pand\u00e9mie, un plus grand nombre de personnes aidantes naturelles consacrent plus de 10&nbsp;heures par semaine \u00e0 soutenir un membre de la famille, un ami ou un voisin. Les personnes aidantes naturelles se disent \u00e9puis\u00e9es, d\u00e9pass\u00e9es et inqui\u00e8tes. La moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre elles disent que leur sant\u00e9 mentale est moins bonne qu\u2019il y a un an et 58&nbsp;% se sentent \u00e9puis\u00e9es. Il est important que les personnes aidantes naturelles trouvent des strat\u00e9gies qui peuvent am\u00e9liorer leur propre sant\u00e9 mentale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Renforcer la r\u00e9silience au stress peut nous aider \u00e0 rebondir apr\u00e8s la tristesse et l\u2019\u00e9puisement. La r\u00e9silience, c\u2019est&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Comment nous nous adaptons de mani\u00e8re saine au stress<\/li><li>Comment nous d\u00e9veloppons une perspective positive<\/li><li>Comment nous apprenons et nous nous remettons d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience\/situation difficile.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9silience peut contribuer \u00e0 nous prot\u00e9ger contre la fatigue et l\u2019\u00e9puisement. Lorsque vous pensez \u00e0 votre propre mieux-\u00eatre, demandez-vous si ces techniques de d\u00e9veloppement de r\u00e9silience peuvent vous aider&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cinq techniques pour d\u00e9velopper la r\u00e9silience<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Appartenance \u2013 Ne pas \u00ab\u2009faire cavalier seul\u2009\u00bb. Un facteur important pour renforcer la r\u00e9silience c\u2019est d\u2019avoir des liens solides avec la famille et les amis qui vous soutiennent et vous aident. Ces relations peuvent contribuer \u00e0 renforcer votre force \u00e9motionnelle.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Perspective \u2013 Rappelez-vous des points de votre boussole morale et ne perdez pas de vue la direction que vous voulez prendre. Consolider vos croyances fondamentales et y trouver du soutien peut vous aider \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper la r\u00e9silience.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Acceptation \u2013 Le changement fait partie de l\u2019aidance naturelle. Acceptez les circonstances qui ne peuvent \u00eatre chang\u00e9es et concentrez-vous sur ce que vous pouvez contr\u00f4ler.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Espoir \u2013 Essayez de ne pas trop vous focaliser sur ce qui est difficile. Faites de votre mieux pour trouver un objectif ou une r\u00e9solution \u00e0 long terme. Acceptez que la vie soit imparfaite et essayez de trouver un \u00e9quilibre pendant les p\u00e9riodes difficiles.<\/li><li>Humour \u2013 Un bon rire fait beaucoup de bien \u00e0 court terme. Lorsque vous commencez \u00e0 rire, cela all\u00e8ge votre charge mentale et entra\u00eene des changements physiques dans votre corps. Utilisez le rire pour vous aider \u00e0 g\u00e9rer le stress et les situations difficiles.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9silience est une comp\u00e9tence acquise. Pour les personnes aidantes naturelles, la r\u00e9silience \u00e9volue avec le temps, au fur et \u00e0 mesure que les exigences et les circonstances changent en fonction des responsabilit\u00e9s. Elle peut se d\u00e9velopper par le comportement, les pens\u00e9es et les actions.
