Pas moins de 40 % des aidants naturels indiquent que leur niveau de stress est \u00e9lev\u00e9 ou tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9. Lorsque nous subissons des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de stress &#8211; tant externe qu\u2019interne &#8211; cela entra\u00eene des changements physiologiques. La respiration devient plus superficielle, le c\u0153ur bat plus vite, la pression art\u00e9rielle augmente, l\u2019\u00e9nergie est apport\u00e9e aux muscles et d\u2019autres syst\u00e8mes ralentissent afin d\u2019alimenter la r\u00e9ponse au stress \u00ab&nbsp;combat ou fuite&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme vous pouvez l\u2019imaginer, activer continuellement votre r\u00e9ponse au stress aura des cons\u00e9quences n\u00e9fastes sur votre corps et votre bien-\u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Si nous ne pouvons pas contr\u00f4ler les causes du stress dans notre vie, nous pouvons toujours contr\u00f4ler la fa\u00e7on dont nous r\u00e9agissons. La m\u00e9ditation de pleine conscience est une technique qui peut vous aider \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives, \u00e0 renforcer votre force \u00e9motionnelle et \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce que la m\u00e9ditation de pleine conscience?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pleine conscience est la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00eater attention d\u2019une mani\u00e8re particuli\u00e8re, volontairement, au moment pr\u00e9sent, tout en suspendant son jugement ou du moins en \u00e9tant conscient de son jugement. La m\u00e9ditation est une pratique contemplative dans laquelle nous portons notre attention sur un point central, tel que notre respiration. La m\u00e9ditation de pleine conscience est la combinaison de ces deux pratiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment pratique-t-on la m\u00e9ditation de pleine conscience?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pratique de la pleine conscience la plus simple et la plus facile \u00e0 int\u00e9grer dans votre vie est la pratique assise, qui peut ne prendre que trois minutes. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Voici une pratique de la m\u00e9ditation de pleine conscience en 4 \u00e9tapes que vous pouvez essayer d\u00e8s maintenant&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Asseyez-vous sur une chaise, le dos bien soutenu et les pieds pos\u00e9s sur le sol. Placez les paumes de vos mains, face vers le bas, sur vos cuisses ou sur vos genoux. Fermez les yeux.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Prenez conscience du moment pr\u00e9sent &#8211; soyez conscient de vos pens\u00e9es, de vos sentiments et de vos sensations corporelles. Reconnaissez et acceptez ces pens\u00e9es, sentiments et sensations sans jugement.<\/li><li>Concentrez-vous sur chaque inspiration et expiration et sur ce que vous ressentez en respirant : le soul\u00e8vement et l\u2019abaissement de votre poitrine, la sensation de l\u2019air dans vos narines, le bruit de votre souffle. Votre respiration est-elle r\u00e9guli\u00e8re? Est-elle superficielle?&nbsp; Change-t-elle lorsque vous vous concentrez sur elle? Si votre attention d\u00e9rive, ramenez-la sur votre respiration.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00c9largissez votre conscience \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de votre corps &#8211; du sommet de votre t\u00eate \u00e0 vos orteils. Prenez trois respirations profondes &#8211; inspirez par le nez et expirez par la bouche. Ouvrez les yeux.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment la m\u00e9ditation de pleine conscience r\u00e9duit-elle le stress?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que l\u2019on pratique se renforce &#8211; donc si vous pratiquez la col\u00e8re, elle se renforcera. Si vous pratiquez la compassion, l\u2019acceptation, la patience et la gentillesse, ces comp\u00e9tences se renforceront. En apprenant de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences, vous pouvez modifier la structure et la connectivit\u00e9 du cerveau.
