Aller \u00e0 la racine de ces \u00e9motions peut vous aider \u00e0 identifier les besoins sous-jacents et \u00e0 \u00e9laborer des strat\u00e9gies pour les satisfaire. \u00ab&nbsp;La culpabilit\u00e9 et le ressentiment font partie du travail&nbsp;\u00bb, explique Mieko Ise, qui s\u2019occupe \u00e0 la fois de ses parents et de ses beaux-parents. \u00ab&nbsp;Mais cela ne doit pas n\u00e9cessairement vous d\u00e9finir ou d\u00e9finir ce que vous faites&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marion Little, experte en r\u00e9solution de conflits aupr\u00e8s de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 John Howard de Peterborough, a partag\u00e9 quatre \u00e9tapes pour vous aider \u00e0 faire la lumi\u00e8re sur vos sentiments n\u00e9gatifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4 \u00e9tapes pour identifier et transformer des sentiments n\u00e9gatifs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 1 \u2013 Observation&nbsp;: <\/strong>Lorsque vous pensez \u00e0 une situation qui vous fait ressentir de la culpabilit\u00e9 ou avoir du ressentiment, essayez d\u2019identifier ce que vous avez vu ou entendu sans porter de jugement. Vous pouvez, par exemple, \u00e9liminer les regrets et les reproches li\u00e9s \u00e0 votre comportement, comme le fait de vous emporter contre la personne dont vous vous occupez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 2 \u2013 Sentiments&nbsp;: <\/strong>Pensez \u00e0 ce que vous avez observ\u00e9 et \u00e0 ce que vous avez ressenti. Essayez de supprimer le pronom dans votre d\u00e9claration. Par exemple, au lieu de dire \u00ab&nbsp;Cette personne ma mise en col\u00e8re&nbsp;\u00bb, vous diriez \u00ab&nbsp; Je me sens en col\u00e8re&nbsp;\u00bb. Au lieu de dire \u00ab&nbsp;Elle me prend pour acquis&nbsp;\u00bb, vous diriez \u00ab&nbsp;Je n\u2019ai pas l\u2019impression qu&rsquo;on m&rsquo;appr\u00e9cie&nbsp;\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 3 \u2013 Besoins&nbsp;: <\/strong>Les sentiments n\u00e9gatifs que nous \u00e9prouvons sont souvent le signe de besoins non satisfaits. Une fois que vous avez identifi\u00e9 vos sentiments &#8211; sans bl\u00e2me ni jugement &#8211; pensez \u00e0 ce que ces sentiments laissent entrevoir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par exemple, Mieko a dit qu\u2019elle \u00e9prouvait du ressentiment lorsqu\u2019elle recevait des commentaires n\u00e9gatifs de la part du b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire des soins. Apr\u00e8s r\u00e9flexion, elle a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que le besoin non satisfait \u00e9tait la confirmation d\u2019un travail bien fait. Faute de pouvoir satisfaire ce besoin, elle \u00e9tait sur la d\u00e9fensive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 4 \u2013 Demandes&nbsp;: <\/strong>Une fois que vous avez identifi\u00e9 un besoin, l\u2019\u00e9tape suivante consiste \u00e0 trouver des moyens de le satisfaire, <strong>ind\u00e9pendamment de ce qui le d\u00e9clenche<\/strong>.&nbsp;Il est important de reconna\u00eetre et d\u2019accepter que certaines personnes ne peuvent ou ne veulent pas vous aider \u00e0 combler votre besoin. Si l\u2019on reprend l\u2019exemple de Mieko, il se peut qu\u2019elle n\u2019obtienne jamais le r\u00e9confort dont elle a besoin de la part de la personne dont elle s\u2019occupe. Elle peut chercher \u00e0 se rassurer ailleurs, peut-\u00eatre aupr\u00e8s d\u2019autres membres de la famille ou d\u2019un groupe de soutien aux aidants. Mieko peut \u00e9galement chercher ce r\u00e9confort aupr\u00e8s d\u2019elle-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous ne pouvez pas vous d\u00e9barrasser des sentiments n\u00e9gatifs si vous ne pouvez pas les identifier. Apprenez \u00e0 conna\u00eetre vos pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives et la fa\u00e7on dont elles se d\u00e9clenchent.
