Veiller sur sa propre sant\u00e9 mentale et son propre bien-\u00eatre peut \u00eatre accablant, mais vous pouvez apprendre \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre les signes avant-coureurs et d\u00e9cider de privil\u00e9gier et de maintenir vos propres besoins en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 mentale et de bien-\u00eatre. Par exemple, il est important de prendre soin de soi et de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un soutien social, mais cela peut parfois ne pas \u00eatre assez pour g\u00e9rer des \u00e9motions ou des situations difficiles dans le cadre de l\u2019aidance naturelle.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n                <li class=\"accordion-item\" data-accordion-item>\n            <a href=\"#accordion69e2516eee124\" class=\"accordion-title\">Quand faut-il prendre soin de soi et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un soutien social?<\/a>\n            <div class=\"accordion-content\" data-tab-content id=\"accordion69e2516eee124\">\n                <p><strong style=\"color: #7659b1;\">Prendre soi de soi<\/strong>, c\u2019est tout ce qui vous apporte un sentiment de paix, de confort, de connexion, de motivation et\/ou d\u2019\u00e9panouissement. M\u00eame si ce n\u2019est que pour quelques instants.<\/p>\n<p>Prendre soin de soi peut \u00eatre un concept difficile pour les personnes aidantes naturelles, car vous pouvez penser que cela vous emp\u00eache de vous occuper de la personne aid\u00e9e ou vous fait perdre du temps pour faire autre chose que vous devriez faire. Et si les choses qui vous procuraient autrefois de la joie ne le font plus? Il existe plusieurs signes avant-coureurs de difficult\u00e9 ou de situation de crise. Choisissez parmi les ressources ci-dessous un programme ou un service susceptible de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 vos besoins en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 mentale et de bien-\u00eatre.<br \/>\nSi vous avez besoin d\u2019un soutien plus personnalis\u00e9, appelez notre ligne d\u2019assistance disponible en tout temps et nous essaierons de vous aider \u00e0 trouver des services sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Psycho\u00e9ducation, counseling de groupe et individuel<\/strong><br \/>\nParticipez \u00e0 des webinaires psycho\u00e9ducatifs hebdomadaires (divis\u00e9s en deux sessions de 4\u00a0semaines) ax\u00e9s sur divers sujets tels que le stress, l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, la pleine conscience, etc., des strat\u00e9gies et des outils pour mieux surmonter les \u00e9motions difficiles li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019aidance naturelle et des sessions de counseling de groupes et\/ou individuelles gratuites avec des professionnels de la sant\u00e9 mentale. Les places pour le counseling sont limit\u00e9es et sont attribu\u00e9es selon le principe du premier arriv\u00e9, premier servi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soutien par les pairs <\/strong><br \/>\nRejoignez un <strong>groupe de soutien en ligne<\/strong> dirig\u00e9 par un animateur pair form\u00e9 pour rencontrer d\u2019autres personnes aidantes naturelles. Des groupes de soutien sont offerts plusieurs fois par semaine, y compris un groupe pour les jeunes personnes aidantes naturelles et un groupe offert en fran\u00e7ais. Il est possible de participer en ligne ou par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement contacter des <strong>pairs mentors form\u00e9s pour un soutien individuel par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou virtuel<\/strong>.
