On April 2nd, the RLC will host our first Caregiver Appreciation Event to inform, inspire and lift up caregivers in recognition of the essential care that they provide.

The Canadian Centre for Caregiving Excellence will get things started by highlighting the work they are doing to improve the caregiver experience.

Dr. Zachary White, Professor of Communication at Queen’s University of Charlotte, will discuss the caregiver journey and all its unexpected surprises along the way.

Our third speaker, Margarita Rabinovich, registered psychotherapist, will lead us through a mindfulness meditation session for the caregiver soul.
