OCO Webinar – Caregiver Resilience
About this event
In our daily lives, times of unparalleled stress, unrest, and uncertainty are becoming more common and are lasting longer than expected. As caregivers, our physical, emotional, and mental health are being heavily tested and taxed every day. Everyday Resilience is one way to support the caregiver as they support others, making the hard parts of caregiving more doable. Building resilience helps caregivers sustain their health and capacity to care, both for themselves and others. In this webinar, we will learn about the five core traits for resiliency and stress systems management. We will explore behaviour change as a means of building and maintaining stronger work-life balance. Dr. Robyne will help us understand why common knowledge does not equal common practice. She will unpack why we struggle with change and how to fix this cycle. The information presented in this event is researched informed, readily available, and is grounded in wise practices
